How to permanently delete your A Moment With account and the data associated with it.

The fastest way: delete in the app

If you can sign in to A Moment With, the quickest way to permanently delete your account is directly in the app — it’s immediate and you stay in control:

• Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes your account, the stories and moments you own, and the photos, videos and voice notes attached to them.

If you’re unable to delete your account in the app, complete the form below. To protect your data, we’ll first confirm that you are the account holder, and then delete your account and its associated data manually.

What we delete

Your account details, the stories and moments you own, and the media (photos, videos and voice notes) attached to them.

Timing and retention

Once your identity is confirmed, we delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
